Get 6 M2 screws and 6 female to female hex nut spacer standoff. Round spacer standoff can also be used.
The M2 screw inside the hex nut spacer standoff. The inside diameter of the hex nut spacer standoff is bigger than the M2 screw.
The M2 screw length is 30mm.

The hex nut spacer standoff length is 22mm.
The hex nut spacer standoff outer width is 11mm.
The hex nut spacer standoff inside diameter is 5.38mm. I believe what I have here is M5 hex nut spacer standoff. I bought from a local hardware store. This hex nut spacer standoff has no brand or spec.
Warning: Before installing the hex nut spacer standoff and screws, make sure to turn off CS600 and unplug the power cable from CS600. During installation, the hex nut spacer standoff could fall inside the CS600 and cause short circuit if the power cable is still attached to the CS600. Do this installation at your own risk.
Remove the top cover, place the 6 hex nut spacer standoff on top of the 6 screw holes. Make sure the hex nut spacer standoff is centered on top of screw hole. Carefully place the top cover on top of the hex nut spacer standoff. Carefully screw in the 6 M2 screws. See result below.
